  1. Scope of Application

    This privacy policy explains to users about the scope, nature, and purpose of collection and use of personal data by Rika NetMarketing GmbH, Mittelstraße 2, 40789 Monheim (Deutschland). Data will be collected exclusively in connection with the offer run on this website, hereinafter referred to as "GBonus".

  2. Access Data/Server Log Files

    GBonus collects data on each access to the offer (so-called server log files). Accessed data includes: name of the website, date and time of access, browser type and version, the operating system of the user, referrer URL, IP address and the requesting provider.

    GBonus uses the data for statistical purposes and for the purpose of the operation, security and optimization of GBonus. GBonus reserves the right to check log data later if there is reasonable suspicion due to concrete evidence of unlawful use that violate the law or terms of GBonus.

    In the event that the user wants to withdraw funds to be transferred to his/her bank account or Paypal account, we require (for billing purposes) his/her bank account details or Paypal address and his/her address.

    When an account is deleted, GBonus will delete all personal information on account, except for information that cannot be deleted for legal or accounting reasons, or information that is necessary to safeguard the terms and conditions of GBonus.
